Ball Therapy/Alignment Band: Therapy Balls are used for self-massage trigger point therapy by using specially designed high grip rubber massage balls and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas. Alignment Bands is a versatile prop that acts as both a yoga strap and a resistance band. It can be used in any style of practice, from vigorous vinyasa to restorative, Yin, meditation, or yoga therapy.
