Flow Fusion Yoga is a combination of Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Movement Therapy & Meditation. This class will feature both dynamic (flow) and static asana practice paced according to the needs of those present. The practice will include warmups, standing dynamic asanas, seated & reclining postures. Only asana can tone & invigorate every part of you. "Peak Poses" will target different body parts, such as shoulders, hips, hamstrings. Treat yourself to a "pattern interrupt" from your daily routine and join us in practicing the ultimate self-care modality! Ending the class with Savasana guided meditation.
