Breathe & Restore Workshop Guided by Joyce Christian & Feather & Flow
Join us for an evening of deep connection with yourself through breath, relaxation, and gentle touch.
You will be guided into a calm, restful state through mindful breathing, supportive restorative yoga poses, and soothing touch designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This nurturing combination will harmonize body, mind, and spirit, leaving you grounded and renewed.

Friday, October 17/25 6:30-8:30pm $55.00 Doors Open 6:15pm. Please Bring: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, journal (optional). Wear cozy, layered clothing.
